our vision
An independent UK architectural practice. We act as Lead Designer and Principal Designer under CDM and the Building Safety Act, from first feasibility through technical design, construction and completion.
We work across commercial, industrial and logistics, offices, education including SEN, public buildings, healthcare and supported living. Where the brief calls for it, we specialise in neuro-accessible design and PAS 6463. The standard of the architecture does not change with the sector.
Conventional legislation focuses on physical, visual and auditory accessibility. There is much less consideration for neuro-accessibility, even though around 20% of the population is estimated to be neurodivergent. That gap shows up in classrooms, workplaces, accommodation and public spaces every day. We design for neuro-accessibility, and everyone benefits.

Our Approach
architecture, informed by neuroscience
We take the same approach on a warehouse, an office refurbishment, a school or a supported living house: clear options, buildable designs, and a designer who will run the team. Where wellbeing, SEN or workplace performance is part of the brief, we apply neuroscience and PAS 6463 so the building works for more of the people who use it.
We work across commercial, office, educational, residential, industrial and healthcare projects. Light, acoustics, materiality, wayfinding and the pace of space are considered together, so the finished building supports the people who use it.
